Our work with Aviva in 2022 saw a 10x increase in brand awareness from 100 Gen-Alpha customers of the future, and most importantly a 2x increase in career
interest.
These metrics drove the decision to launch a full partnership in 2023, to engage 1,000 diverse teenagers in developing new insurance ideas across multiple lines of business including motor, home, health and sustainability.
Each Squad focussed on a strategically important question for that line of business and each Squad produced ideas that are now part of the company’s innovation pipeline. The insights and key trends identified also feed into all parts of the business.
