What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day will be packed with exciting challenges and meaningful tasks:
- Safety first: Ensure the safety of passengers and colleagues in every situation.
- Ticket checks and fare protection: Inspect tickets, validate payments, and handle any irregularities, from issuing Penalty Fares to Travel Incident Reports.
- Cash handling pro: Manage cash transactions securely and efficiently.
- Customer service champion: Assist passengers with enquiries and create a welcoming travel experience.
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with Train Conductors to devise effective strategies for revenue collection and protection.
- Reporting expert: Keep accurate and timely records of your activities to support operational success.
