We love innovation and education, and hate the idea of tracking you and doing clever but unscrupulous stuff with your data. It’s not why we are here and never will be.

- We only collect and store your first and last name, and email address (which is used as your Sign In ID).
- We use this ID to give you the right set of innovation instructions, and to identify any project information you create as yours.
- We only track your learning activities so your progress can be understood. This data is available to teachers in your school if you are on our school’s programme.
- If you buy a subscription to startupsherpas.org, then you will be asked for your credit card details, which we communicate to Stripe (our payment gateway) using secure methods. We do not store or process any credit card details at startupsherpas.org.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We will archive your data for 1 year and will then destroy it permanently.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. That’s it, simple!
