Dr Professor Ger Grauss OBE has been an education innovator over many decades having been responsible for the Education Action Zone that saw Manchester Airport give local students from Wythenshawe career opportunities. Later as Director of Education at Kidzania he started one of the worlds largest careers education experiments that proved on important fact. Children’s career aspirations are formed at 8yrs old.
